Try Some Kingsford Lighter Fluid mixed with egg whites. Makes like a Low-Key Napalm style Mixture that wont go out for a long time.

If you leave it there ling enough, Yes. The stuff used as the propellant in Them Bamboo Torches should work fine too.

My friend set the basketball courts alight with a mix of firestarters, matchboxes, paper, dry leaves and a bin... then his shoes caught fire while he jumped up and down on it trying to put it out. Just spread it even further
