What do you guys plan on doing after highschool? If you are taking college what class do you plan on taking?

I'm going into college possibley during highschool (cause my school is based off that kind of idea) and after, I hope to be able to get a doctorine at least a masters (depends on budget really) in Earth Science. Maybe engineering but I've been having a hard time picking between each of them :|

The three main colleges I'm applying to are the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Stanford University, and the University of California at Berkeley. I hope to major in computer science or computer engineering - but I have plenty of time to change my mind.

currently, i plan on going to tennessee tech for their tech degrees and marching band. then i'll get A+, CCNA, CCNP, and as many as i have to get before i hit the top. I plan on specializing in pc security and networking, to allow me to be a network admin for a business or something. setting up a big network, setting up server, monitoring security, auditing security, programming, etc.

but then again, i'm probably going to have to change colleges because of out-of-state tuition fees; my mom probably will have to relocate to michigan because GM's going down the toilet, and they're probably going to shutdown the saturn plant she works at for 12-18 months

Stole my words :( . Although, I might end up looking for a good school in the Seatle area so I can get an internship over the summers at a tech company and get some more experience.

I have 3 that I am considering: 1)Software engineer. 2)Electrical Engineering. 3)Mechanical engineering. As for a college I don't care, as long as its cheap and close to home.

Don't you want to have a successful life? Try to get into a good college, not a cheap one...

If all goes as planned (and it most likely won't), I want to go to MIT (for those of you who don't know of its reputation, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, though currently focusing more on the Arts, is notorious for hosting the biggest geniuses alive today. The guy who invented the internet (as we know it) is a staff member there)

Turns out most of us don't want to throw our lives away on idiotic things.
