Hello. I bring you the Official HaloMods Clan! This is clan is for lots of things like..

A fun clan match every once in a while!
An easier way to find HaloMod Members!
If you needed to talk to someone from HaloMods, and they don't have AIM, MSN, and all that, Try the clan!


Now if we have a clan we have some..

RULES:

1. Ok first off, if you have mods, take them all the way off, and don't even consider asking for an invite if you have them.

2. HaloMods is all about nice, kindness, and polite. Lets not go around talking trash, (I know it's temping) and saying "LAWL we can ownerz joo!!1", and such.

3. Don't spam and send message to all the users of the clan, or it will likely make them mad and leave.

4. Don't invite other users from Xbox Live that do not go to Halomods. Unless given permmision.

Peon: Just in the clan for fun, and joining peoples parties.

Member: You know your away around the game, like playing, but not the best at it. Also just for fun and some skill.

Staff: Real good. Know all your tricks glitches, and jumps. Real good and love a good match with good people. Would participate in matches.

Overlord: Take control of the clan and watch how things wrok. Keep records of kills/death and things via Bungie.net. Also Loves to play the game. (Admins and mods.)

Some things to remember..

Keep a good attitude.
TAKE OFF YOUR MODS.
Treat everyone with respect.
Don't spam.
Don't ask about modding questions.
Don't invite other people form Xbox Live, that don't go to HaloMods. Unless given permission of course.

NOW HOW TO PLAY HALOMOD STYLE!


Ok, Ok, here are some hints you might already know.


BXR: simply press B to melee the person, the X to stop the melee after the damage of the melle is done, then pull R is to finish him off in the head. (Close-Range)

Double-Shot: Press The Right trigger 2 times real fast (to shoot two times), then immediately pull X. It will force both of your shots to fly out of the gun real fast. (Use with Battle Rifle, and remember: Timing is the key!)

THINK SMART PEOPLE.

If your shields are low, hide.
Were you normally are the person doesn't spawn there. Like on Lockout, you have the BR Base, Blue Room, Sniper Tower, and Library. Those are the main spawns. They normally spawn as far away as you as possible. (Otherwise)

Naming the clan halomods would be the worst idea. No one would play us simply because the assumption we mod. We could even be banned.

Hmm.. Then what should it be.. I figured that would be a problem, but what are some dieas for the name?

And eventually, everyone that isn't a peon, will send invites to people that do not belong to halomods anyway. I think that only staff should be able to invite new people, and everyone else should be a peon.

They can't ban us if we censored an 'a' or something.

True. I'll look into this more when I get home tomorrow. A clan would be pretty cool, but it'd be impossible to keep in touch with everyone, as well as setup matches. Of course, being the first staff member to post in this thread, I guess that makes me like, top overlord.

I wish that things that are good ideas, would be posted by halomods officials.
Though it sounds like a good idea. I know I love to play halo 2 with tural and truelife.

Also again, this idea will not work out. A lot of people's interest in Halo 2 has dropped off. You won't be getting the numbers you want and you won't have the Halomods clan name, so it wouldn't be a good Halomods clan. =x

I'd consider myself against this idea. Make a clan, fine. Call it the official Halomods clan, not so much.

And why do you get to decide that the Halomods clan needs to be a serious gaming clan, and we can't just have fun?

Sounds like a good idea, I'll be in it.

We can just have fun. I shall change it to the Unofficial clan for now. But, I figured alot of people like Clan Skirmish and such. No body said no fun :O!
