Halo CE Download Location

ok, i was downloading halo ce from this crap site and left it for about 9 hours, when i came back it was 8% file downloaded... :evil: :roll: so can anyone suggest a good download mirror?

thats the mirror i downloaded it from! and it took a lifetime, even though i have a really fast broadband connection :?

the reason it's taking so long is that the server is probably crap. look on the gearbox site and forums, and try out google.

i downloaded it off halomaps.org i believe and it was really fast, tops 15 minutes and i have a crappy connection.

Oh, it doesnt matter anymore, know when i try to install halo ce, it asks me for a 'product key' wich i didn't get. i got a 'cd key' :evil: :evil: :evil:

Product key = CD key.

Actually yeah, Bungie may seem like the perfect mirror, but since it's official and everybody uses that, it would be better to find a mirror that isn't very popular, that way you get most of the bandwidth.

In fact, that's the reasons they have different mirrors. :D

No, it is indeed asking for your Halo PC CD key. Just type that in and it'll work.
