Some of you may know that the Beatle's recording company Apple Corps is suing Apple computers for the third time.

One thing I thought was funny was that Apple Corps sued the computer comp. for putting sound on the computers and won 26.5 million dollars.

Also, I'm not a Beatles fan, but after this, I will never buy their music, and I have lost all respect for them

i dont like the Beatles... i dont see why they are "legendary", and also, are the lawsuits due to the similarity in names, or the relevance to music?

EDIT: what i think is funny is that there is a record company named Apple, suing a computer company (that ironically makes the most popular mp3 players in existence) named Apple.

they said that the logos are similar.

It's their music. Alot of people love their music, like me. Plus they were in the Guinness Book of World Records as the loudest band.

They are suing them because they both share the name "Apple", but the Beatle company had it first. When Apple comps came out, they agreed that they could share the same name as long as apple didn't produce hard music such as cds, that's why a lot of people are saying itunes violates no laws because it's all digital.

Funny thing is is that Steve Jobs called it Apple because he was such a huge fan of the beatles

lol, if you like their music, then ok, but i think this is just stupid.

i've never liked their type of music, but that's just me.
