ill admit, the ones with the girls in it are a little......not good because you can tell i just cut and pasted. The one with the dog (MY DOG! AYAY!) being MC is the best

The baby and the dog one is probably the better out of the three but that last scares me.

id say the Halo 2 one is the best, bu you should cut off the piece going over the XBL bar.

um lol mb those are all pretty strange.

I can see the humor in these, but I've got two suggestions.

First, try working on your blending skills. Where the head of the dragon-baby connects is a little too blurry. Instead of smudge, try distorting it to fit. Maybe set in a new layer that's been smudged and adjust it's opasity.

Second is the cropping. In all the pictures it's entirely too evident where the cuts have been made. I would suggest taking the pic you are cutting out and zooming in on it to smoothe out the edges. Try to keep extra backround pixels from coming in with the part you want (inside the flying dog's curled tail, between the alien's teeth, and over the mini's nose/under it's chin)

Other than that, keep up the good work. It's little projects like this that help you explore the tools available to you and hone your skills with them.

They're kind of weird. I didn't laugh at any of them, either.

ok, heres some others, its a sig and an avitar for a different site:

the av kida looks wird, and reall pixey.

The sig... well...Render needs colour, needs a border, try adding some kind of effect on text,(mb like a patern overlay that you made or something) other than that, its ok.

Not to be mean or harsh or anything, but those are terrible.

I agree that you should work on your blending though. Nice job for a first at gimp.

i dont mind all the critisism, but its pointless critisism if no one tells me whats wrong with them.

cuda did a good job at that lol, i am almost done making a new sig that is 100% better than all the rest because i had cuda give me some pointers on what to do, its almost done
