I need the expertise of an experienced skinner

If there are any skinners out there who are familiar with Unreal Tournament G.O.T.Y I would be grateful for your help. Our Clan has decided to become public and it is my job to create the clan skin. I have seen all of the skins on this website and I was impressed. Also, If any one could direct me to a decent UT skinning tutorial that would also be great.
