Site has HPC modding tools and archive mods on webpages.
You can also connect with the FTP archive direct, so you can search properly.
Forums.... 9 user selectable skins, all with attachment mod.
Direct link to imageshack for your pics when you post /reply.
Mod submissions have a 30 day lifespan, members vote which mods make it from there into the web archive after the 30 days.

Membership only required for inner forum section, to ask questions and submit work.

Funnily enough we neither tolerate or suffer from "n00bism."

We have a lot of members who have no previous modding experience, but most of them are ok with PMI and using AI in their mods inside their first month, after using the tuts and getting support if needed.
