I think it's from some show, like american idol type stuff. And yes the begining was funny but the end was the funniest. A midget doing the million dollar man run? ROFLMAO

most likely the sticks were balloons with a co2 cartrige inside and it is punctured when they start to bring them out...

or... hmm let me think for other ideas hehe
