My god,dont you hate it when ur doing stunts in a map,like hugeass or something and ur flying a longsword to a switch and ur doing stunts with ur friends and some random guy just joins in and u say hi,he doesnt say anything,doesnt listen to anything u say,even when u ask him to go red for stunts,still nothing. u fly the longsword out,he comes in a jet and u try to ban him but he kills u before u can ban him. doesnt that just piss the crap out of you? if i could i would beat the crap out of him. even though ur server title says "STUNTS" at the top u get these gay stupid ignorant people that just kill.

why not lock the room??

if u do that then theres no stunts. the whole point of stunts is that doing tricks with people. by locking it defeats the purpose. then theres a limited ammount of people joining. banning or kicking is much easier. I'd personally kick so if they join your server when its not stunts, u can own the crap out of them.

That reminds me of a time I ran a modified beaver creek map on an open server (the all weapons fire rockets mod). I named it "OMG YOU HAXXOR" and any time someone joined I'd tell them it was a modded map. you not not BELIEVE the number of people who got mad at me for 'cheating'. One, the server name was a bit of a hint AND i told them the moment they joined. But, no, theyve got to sit there and bitch at me because they're on my server. Must be what some of the mods feel like here.

On the plus side though, I got a guy who was really cool and stuck around for a bit. So I told him to come to halomods. People like that who are cool players just make all the rest almost bearable.

Grenade, you arent alone. In our SG servers, we usually do Blood Gulch all vehicles. so when a person gets completly destroyed by tanks, snipers, or pistol, they accuse a lot of us with using aimbots and wall hacks. even tho we explain to them that we use teamchat. but of course we get a lot of people that can bear it, but in the end they all leave and say SG F***ING SUX!! or SG ARE n00bs. They are everywhere. You cant avoid them.

They can't take the fact that there are people out there with skill... I use teamchat a lot. Often I join a game and my team is getting whipped, so then I make myself team leader, and funnily enough WE WIN

It pays to work together.

another idea is to get a couple of your friends on Yahoo voice chat with the 'hands free' option then enter a game. hella faster than team chat. but remember that it'll severely hinder your ping if you don't have a good connection.

And you don't have to stop moving to say something. Good idea.

you know you could just play halo in a window and instant message your buddies right? or just use roger wilco from www.download.com (adware etc. free). roger wilco is a teamspeak program that wont affect your ping. its REALLY fun when u play with all your friends lol... good times... good times... but now its ruined cuz of all the people who wana ruin your fun. they just join the game and start TKing, man.... BANNED! sucka.

I mod maps and say in the game TITLE that it's modded. People accuse me of cheating. I put TRICKSONLYNOKILL or similar in title, and keep getting pwned by idiots. They ask 'wtf is the point if no kill' when I tell them to stop killing, so they must have a random game joining program or something. I'll try what you did, gundamzuki, and see what happens.

sometimes i do stunts on bloodgulch and a guy will come in and start killing ppl so i load another map,quickly mod bloodgulch to have giga snipers,then switch back to bloodgulch and own the guy's ass so bad he leaves. thats how i get rid of morons in halo pc.
