Help on making site for soccer team.

I know the owner of my select soccer team and he wants to make a website. HE also knows I am good with computers, So I was wondering if you guys could help. I have started but I want to add a banner too. Here is the site

I dont like it, I was wondering if there is any software that will let me build one with my own banner I created. Freewebs also doesnt allow much. Any ideas are apreciated.

1. use dreamweaver or frontpage to make a site
2. dont use freewebs
3. ask RaVN to help u
