HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Lets say i had an account, but dicontinued the subscription like a year ago. Is there anyway to renew that account again once i deleted it? Like if i put the username in for a Gamertag, will it say "This account is being used already", and could i do an acccount recovery using my credit card?
