How many posts do you have to make to move up a rank?

2. What happens if I get more posts?
Then your rank name could change. Here are the basic ranks:
Grunt: 0-99
Jackal: 100-499
Hunter: 500-999
Elite: >1000
So, if you get 100 posts, you will be a Jackal. Halomods would appreciate it if you didn't spam to get promoted to other ranks, just be involved in good-ol' on-topic disscussion. These ranks above have no special privledges involved with them.

thanks. oh and how do i get a cool lookin sig off my computer, i heard you have to post it and use the url but i dont quite understand.

Imageshack is in myt opinion the best.It has that great tool with right click and uypload.And its never down and if it is the pics still appear.I like the idea of having more ranks like Phenomena said

Hmmm i downlaoded imageshack and uplaoded a file, it took me to thier website were there was three bars to fill in, so what exactly do i type inbetween [img]and[/img] ?

but since its Old School we go back to the First Gen Rankings then that would be old school
