I'm glad you know oh so much about working out. If you want to gain mass, yes you would need a high calorie diet with plenty of high quality lean proteins, but you don't need to do that sort of **** to get healthy/in shape...just stop eating crap.

Underweight doesn't mean like, anorexic. If you're under or above the national/global/whatever average for your age and height, you can still be healthy. In the same vein, you can be over, under, or even be the average weight and still be out of shape...I'm fairly certain SHOUT was saying that he's just out of shape, not necessarily obese or skin n' bones.

tl;dr: He just wants/needs to exercise to get in shape, not to manage his weight. Yes, they are different.

MTV is a fucking joke (has been for some time, I know). My favorite band released their new music video today (regular song is over 10 minutes long) and of course its gonna be cut down but...the solo is removed and a bunch of melodic parts.

That's not the thing that pisses me off though, that's understandable. They censored the following words: shit (just think crap or shoot), abortion, and Christian.

Fucking rediculous. They let those fucking rap artists get away with degrading woman, bitch, hoe, etc. shoot a homie, etc. but they won't say Christian. Jesus....And they will only air the video on MTV2 for Headbanger's Ball. That's it and they censor those words. What fucking cocksucking pussies.

i'm building a mood lamp/light with some LEDs, a 9v battery, and i figured i'd throw in a potentiometer for adjustable brightness. i do the math, and the max resistance i can have is 18 ohms, minimum is ~6 ohms. passed through Radio Shack today since it would be the only place i could get resistors aside from online. closest resistor they have is 15 ohms, WHICH THEY'RE OUT OF.

they've changed so much, it's futile to even go there anymore. i don't know why i try.

Almost everyone in the theater got a good giggle out of the "masks" the people were wearing and only got scared when someone jumped out and pretty much went "BOO!".
