Working out is a pain in the ass, i.e.: if you have a fast metabolism like myself you'll need to be eating 5-7 meals a day including raw eggs and foods high in protein and carbohydrate... stressSHOUTrvb wrote:Veegie speaks the truth. Happens to me often, and I'm in *** health.Tis why I'm set up to start playing Tennis and work out over the Summer. Gonna build on some healthy habits.

I'm glad you know oh so much about working out. If you want to gain mass, yes you would need a high calorie diet with plenty of high quality lean proteins, but you don't need to do that sort of shit to get healthy/in shape...just stop eating crap.MaestroMan wrote:Working out is a pain in the ass, i.e.: if you have a fast metabolism like myself you'll need to be eating 5-7 meals a day including raw eggs and foods high in protein and carbohydrate... stress

I don't think that was the case.. It runs in my family.Tural wrote:JK-47, didn't you have a series of posts explaining that you continuously passed out because you weren't eating?..
I do have a problem with mini-seizures.. I dunno if maybe it's somehow attached to that, or what, because I black out a lot of the time after falling.
It's not like I'm unhealthy. I mean, I do have a little fat on me, but that's just a family thing (i r not self conscious, it r truf). It's not spilling out of my clothes or anything. I like getting out and doing things like hiking and such..
I eat junk food sometimes.. but not so much, as it makes me sick easily. And I don't drink soda.
I did go to the doctor about it, and they told me to eat fruit and stuff, which I do, but I remain to have the problem. It's nothing unusual to me.. it's just a bit inconvenient sometimes. I need a new computer anyways, this thing is on it's last leg.
Anyways, rant:
Today was my school's theme park day (Lagoon). I live in a different district than from where my school is, so pretty much everyone but me and some other schools are out. Well it just so happens today was also a bunch of JR. High school's 'Lagoon Day'.
I don't know why I'm surprised.. but the girls who were there could seriously pass off as hookers. They were walking around hooking arms (the girls) talking about the 'make out rides'.. Things got a lot worse than from what I remember being in JR High.. I mean, the girls that were there were a lot worse than the girls I see at High Schools. And to top it all off, I could see their bone structure. I probably could have snapped a couple in half if I wanted to.
Then there was the boys... Annoying as fuck, thinking they are 'above the law', and so awesome running through the lines screaming their heads off. If I had known they were intending on running past me through the line I would have clotheslined one of them. I had multiple chances.. but missed them all.
If my kids turn out like the ones at the park, I'm going to throw them in the trash.

I used to live in Salt Lake City, and Lagoon was awesome. I loved that place.. Except for those sluts you were talking about.JK-47 wrote:I don't think that was the case.. Anyway, the rant is, why in the hell do my teachers insist on overloading their classes with homework towards the end of the year? It's *** Pointless.

But I still hear the deafening drums of war onward every twisted spoke

When I stand up, I get lightheaded and everything get's fuzzy. Then I get confused and forget absolutely everything.. It feels like my brain is melting in a way. Then I know in a little way that I'm falling, but I black out before I hit the ground.. I usually have enough sense to know that I don't black out until then.Tural wrote:Surely it would be the other way around, no?JK-47 wrote:I black out a lot of the time after falling.
It's odd.
@Brightside:
It's ok I suppose. The rides are kinda lame after going on them all my life. And the new ones are 'family oriented', even the rollercoasters, so there's nothing really intense at all.
That I could.Aumaan Anubis wrote:You can always take them back and buy some new ones.JK-47 wrote:If my kids turn out like the ones at the park, I'm going to throw them in the trash.
