I was talking about that omg kid's sig (a quote I made about how I was taking a programming class on quickBasic and java, and how it was necissary to learn the basic fundamentals of programming). he hadn't even posted in this thread recently, I was referencing him from other posts he'd made in other threads, as a rant. I thought ScottyGEE thought I was talking about Grunts or your sig, which had a quote from "Kris", the dude from explosm, and not "Kirk".

The veto system is there so that people can have a choice (albeit small) in what you get to play...If you don't like the map/type then you can veto it...If others don't they can veto it...

How dare people try and tell me to change the map/type! I don't want to, otherwise I would have pressed veto in the first place. If someone tells me to veto, I don't out of spite...I then laugh as they complain and then proceed to lose, which then I realise their reason for vetoing is due to them being crappy at the level (well not always)...

It also leads to me muting players...I hate voice chat except for with friends or team games. The rest are full of singers, talkative people, whingers, prepubescent losers and well...People I don't want to listen to.

If you're indifferent to a map and someone asks you to veto, you can do it to help them out.

Also a different rant is that I hate the addition of slayer BR's on lone wolves playlist.

It's not bad, it's just not as satisfying as other games I like.

Also, The Metamorphosis sucks. A lot. It's so damn boring.

I dislike Halo 2's multiplayer gameplay (not the levels, they're grrrrreat!) now...Still love Halo 1

Also, bnet stats confuse me...I have 286 melee kills...Yet I have 444 melee medals (including assasinations). So I coupled it with sword kills and grav hammer kills and still get less than 444 melee kills as the medals say...So wut?

Good luck organizing it.
There are no events because nobody can organize a large number of people, and the people are generally less than enthusiastic about participating. You're attempting to coordinate many people across several time zones, and working around their life schedules. It's a difficult thing to accomplish.
