I just hope mine will last. I did just get it not super long ago, but it seems sort of random.

Geez, I get up at 7:30 if I got school (Monday - Friday usually) and 8 or 9 because I usually run around my neighborhood for a little then come home and take a shower. It starts my morning. Sometimes I skip it and go out to breakfast, which starts my day too. ;P Plus ever since I've been able to drive I've been lazy.

I haven't had my too long either I hope it won't happen. I heard stuff like if it overheats or messes up putting it in towels for a little while leaving it on then letting it cool down helps it. My Xbox is from the newer generation so I hope it's some what better.

Mine was somewhat newer but nothing all that new. It was the last one my store had so I didn't have a huge choice in them. It's also somewhat loud, which was one of the things they had listed as a giveaway if if it's new or older.

Stalking, you are correct. The Towel trick does infact work. My gf's 360 took the plunge and we've had to do it a few times. But i'm fed up with it's BS so we are sending it away to microsoft. We only tried the trick because she though it was out of warranty.

My rant: Contract. I went to get some dinner at Subway, and it was right next to Blockbuster, so I decided to rent a movie and a game too. I walked in and saw the cover of Contract with Morgan Freeman and John Cusack on the front; two of my favorite actors. So I pick it up and have a vague memory of a preview and decided that it had looked pretty good. Holy fucking shit was I wrong. This movie is just unbelievably bad. Writing? Terrible. Plot? Stupid. Acting? For the most part, also terrible. And it went on and on. I can't express my extreme hate for this movie in words; I feel cheated out of my hour-and-a-half. CHEATED. Well, if you drive a regular 'hog onto the Scarab then it turns gold. In H2 that is.

My god -_- I've tried that and it doesn't turn it gold, it's just the lighting on the spot where you can drive it into the scarab.
