#60: buy a soldering iron and some sloder. practice.
#61: belt sander/dremel sander
#62: tie it to the bottom of a rock/weight, then tie the rock/weight to enough balloons to fly it, and send it away. the balloons will eventually pop, and it the CD isn't somehow destroyed by the fall, find it and just throw it in the trash.

I've kinda done that before, except it wasn't an Xbox, It was a PS2, and not straight down, but down a flight of stairs.
