I've called Microsoft many times, and got poor and quite rude customer service about 70% of the time. Occasionally I'll get someone that's really nice and helpful though. That's a rare event however.

Also, I hate substitute teachers in Mutlimedia. WE JUST SIT HERE. AND DO NOTHING.
And another thing. People that only bought Halo because it was hyped bother me, and they don't pay attention to anything other than the actual gameplay. These people are just like "ololllololo Halo 3," and they don't even bother to care about the storyline...I'm frankly shocked...storyline is a big part of Halo 3, and it's strange to me that so many people would be ignoring it.

My rant is when people add these little rants on the end of their post because they feel like they're off topic or this thread can't have discussion without adding a note like this on the bottom. What would be the purpose of a discussion board if you can't discuss anything? Even if you were off-topic, adding something like this doesn't make it on topic.

Let me ask you something... Is it really necessary for you to make argument out of half the posts on this forum? this isn't a "professional" forum so why must everyone have to have a "professional" opinion?

I don't. I didn't say Microsoft is a great company. I challenged his reasoning, which, in the first instance, he provided absolutely none. Apparently all claims require no support, I see. Microsoft sucks because I say so, but I don't have to provide any reasons why. If anyone challenges me on it, they are just being a douche because I am infallible, regardless of whether or not I can provide any evidence, let along legitimate evidence which is sufficient for making such an over generalization. If you had read my post more thoroughly before you decided to attack me, you'd see that I don't really care which way his opinion goes, I just really dislike when people provide no evidence. I made that the focus of my ranting for a reason.

Operationally define "professional," please. Your question is vague. People shouldn't have reasoning and logic behind their claims? The purpose of arguing is to establish such reasoning, which is what we were doing.

Sorry for discussing things on a forum. I was under the impression that discussions were allowed here when people disagree on things. I guess I was wrong. Although you are doing the same as I... Hmm...

yes tural was trying to start a discussion nothing more so discussion nothing more so don't get on his case.


and tural it is my personal experience that Microsoft has poor customer service due to horrible people providing the customer service me or my family have not had to contact Microsoft in some time so yes they could have changed but my opinion still holds.

my rant: are sub yesterday took the whole class period to work on a warm up then i had about a hour of work that could of been done in class but noooooo are old sub had to waste are hour of class on a fucking warm up. algebra sucks.
