Good question. :/ It'd have to have some sort of device you can mess with that broadcasts the signal to the device.

It would probably be like a mouse/keyboard on a desk and you just put in the contacts and use the mouse/keyboard to control... Wireless mb?

I was thinking maybe movements in the eye. Kind of like that headband controller for games, how you use little twitches in your face to control the character.
