I'm not sure what you're trying to say in that massive run-on-sentence. But from what I understand, you're making completely rhetorical derogatory questions/statements towards myself in order to incite a negative response. With such things as call me a noob, I would say you were flaming, as well as inciting flame wars... Actually, I'd let the facts speak for me instead, despite it sounding like an echo.

Unless I'm mistaken, or the forums have been remade, this site was not around in January 2003. Maybe it was, but on the users at least it was september 2003. I don't know other than that, Veegie would.

The user forums were launched on the 13th of September.

I got interested in modding when my friend showed me tank flying and stuff.

I then tried it out on my new hard modded xbox which cost 300 buks and it was fun.

I got bored of that and started working on my own mod Grand Canyon. THats how i became a modder

And somewhere along the lines of that was pie....

I modified my box to rent and copy games on the hdd

...then saw an early version of ch2r at xbox-scene and decided to give it a try, the rest is history...

n y ways it started when i went into halo 2 modded games, my xbox was already modded and such, but didnt do anything much other then play burned games on it... in halo 2 mods, i saw scarabs on turf and many other crazy stuff.. i wanted this also so i started googling.. learned to ftp, learned to mod maps, learned to make visible projectiles on each weapon (yea i believe i was the first)

used to host with Stoner4life_NL account about each day with CSC modding clan.. i met headshotmasta on XBC, gosh i remember him screaming loudly coz my mods we're so cool.. (he modded his xbox afterwards, after screwing it up once trying to softmod)

i remember posting my funmods here

it was fun back then.. no one seemed to care.. i was disappointed.. but still had fun with my mods.. gosh i was popular coz of my leet mods

/basically i made mods designed upon unmodded xboxes to experience mods the way we do.. (not in a XBL-cheating way)

now i make a mod every once in a while, when i got some free time.

/i remember meeting Detox (triggersix) , headshotmasta, dec1234, Coritron and many others which i can't remember the name of. i think i met veegie in the trashcan on turf. or was it under the bridge?

Anyway, I think I first ran into a modded custom game on XBL with a 'fun-mod' and thought it was really neat. So I played with modders on XBC/Xlink and hung out here at HM cause I couldn't figure FTP out, until late 2005. I thought it was really cool when I first came here cause I saw pix for Descension and was all '=o'

To this day, I still haven't played Descension <_<

I played moded XBL games for a long time and one time the host would not stop spawn killing so I wanted to get payback. I googled halo mods and this site came up moded my xbox came back to this site got the tools to make mods and some other stuff and never got my payback. I still want it but I have to deal with killing him without mods.

to clear somthings up I do not mod xbl I got moded to much in MM to do that to ppl I mod on my xbox and play xbl on my 360.

I was searching if someone would have known any cheats for Halo 1, because I was bored and so, legendary was too easy. Then I found something. Some guy had posted that if you don't shoot in Assault On the Control Room, and you don't use any vehicles either, a giant elite would appear, and the MC would have a big Plasma Sword in his pocket. He said if the player would somehow give the sword to the elite, he could have some different kinds of banshees. (He had modeled them) I tried this

and was dissapointed when nothing happened.
I started to look if anyone knew what was behind this, found out about modding, ordered a modchip, downloaded some programs, and in search of new ones, I found halomods.

I actually modded my xbox with similar reasons to xbox 7887. In poor country's they mod these everywhere(since many people can't afford original games.) Although I don't like pirated games they fuck up ur lenses and shit.

Back ontopic I went into x's tuts and saw a halo flying warthog. I was like that neat wheres the halo 2 tutorial. Our friend google led me here and learned how to ppf.
