Oh yes.

I can't wait for the Halo 3 soundtrack...from what I've heard and seen, it'll hopefully have some awesome piano pieces.

I megaloathe how the only song ANYONE knows from Nine Inch Nails is that. AND they take it out of context... "olllololololo, Trent Reznars is a pervert!1!", disregarding the fact that it's a CONCEPTUAL ALBUM that's supposed to tell a story.

Also Primus, fuck yeah.

You do really need to listen to their other stuff. Their lyrics are not only poetic, but tell great stories often times. And JK-47; Me want.

You can't say that, since there's a few bands that he listed that have female members and singers: Smashing Pumpkins and Shiny Toy Guns. I know that it's not much compared to how many total there are, but it's a common fact that most singers for the styles that JK-47 is quite obviously interested in are male.

Lately, I've been listening to:
XEO3 (extremely grungy style Industrial Rock with heavy noise)
Kill Hannah
Depeche Mode
Muse
Mute Math
Cold War Kids
Strata (I'll see them tomorrow night, which should be fun)
Blaqk Audio
Metric

I wanted to go to the upcoming Tool concert, but my only friend that listens to Tool won't be able to go, and going alone will be lame. And tickets might cost an arm and a leg.

You can make friends at a Tool concert really fast if you appeal to them.

link k?

Steel Train - I would consider it Acoustic Rock / Indie, with some electric. Ah, they still call themselves simply Rock, but it's still pretty good.

Edit:

Well, I just got back, and it was an awesome show. I got several pics, I should be able to get them up sometime tomorrow. I got a poster signed by the band, a t-shirt, the new album, and I got to talk to them for a while.

Yet another edit:
http://gh0570fchurch.deviantart.com/gallery/ for stuff from the show.
