If anything, it'd weigh less. Data is put onto a CD by a laser burning pits or holes into the surface. Tiny, but there's a lot of 'em. You'd probably need a nice, digital, precise scale to get the difference, though.

If they can measure the weight of the air pressure around you, I'm sure they're people out there with enough time and money to find out if a disc weighs more or less.
