Half of the limbs connected with the girl belong to a headless conjoined twin who stopped developing in their mother's womb and joins to Lakshmi at the pelvis.

Im glad see's okay now. That really sucks to have that happen. I hope see can walk later down the line like they were talking about in the surgery success story. I bet the operation hurt like hell.

i think it said they determined that half of her limbs don't work so thats why they amputated them. as for the taken over the world part i would highly doubt it it would more be like made fun of, persecuted. and i don't think in India/Bangladesh area they worship that, sure the Hindu (could be wrong) god has like 8 arms but i don't think that they would worship someone like that not to mention if they didn't do surgery she would have died as she aged.
