I think all these "apocolypse on 6-6-06/7-7-07/12-21-12"/whatever other weird dates are retarded. God says the end of the world will come when everyone least expects it, and with half the world hyped up and hoping for something big to happen on some certain date doesn't seem to match what He said.

At least, IMO, and in any other Christian's (if they read the bible)

So, it's really late, and I haven't read all. But isn't December 21 2012 the date the Mayas predicted as the "end of the world"? End meaning several things, like total annihilation thanks to wars, or a new beginning and the ending of this world etc.

Anyway, I think it's interesting to say at the least. I'm not scared or anything.

like tural is pushing, the mayan's didn't predict the end of the world on that date, that's just where they're calendar (as far as we know it) ended. and from what i hear about this galactic lineup on that date, it would make sense, seeing as how the mayans measured time through astronomy, maybe it's just how the stars travel that it ends there?

personally, i don't think anything special will happen. i've seen enough apocalypse theories, and i think the world will end when our star burns out, (either that or nuclear WWIII).

but i guess i'll hurry up and get laid just in case.
