Never Filed, but read this.
copyright.gov wrote:WHAT WORKS ARE PROTECTED?

Copyright protects "original works of authorship" that are fixed in a tangible form of expression. The fixation need not be directly perceptible so long as it may be communicated with the aid of a machine or device. Copyrightable works include the following categories:

1. literary works;
2. musical works, including any accompanying words
3. dramatic works, including any accompanying music
4. pantomimes and choreographic works
5. pictorial, graphic, and sculptural works
6. motion pictures and other audiovisual works
7. sound recordings
8. architectural works
so technically, its a graphical expression, that has been recorded, and also posted at a earlier date. so yeah its kinda infringing.

All that says is that you could copyright it, not that it is.

Anyway, holy crap rossmum, that is brilliant. If you can do that on a computer you've got to be a madman with a pencil and paper.

Precisely... Things have to be REGISTERED for a copyright... so if you just put a little copyright symbol next to something doesn't necessarily mean it's actually copyrighted.

Actually, computer generated design and pencil/paper design are completely different, some people are great at both, some are only great at hand drawing and some people are just great at computer drawing.

I, myself, perfer pencil and paper.
