Just to make my rebuttal before someone tries to arse rape me for my views, it is how ever wrong to take advantage of ones feelings knowing that you will intentionaly hurt is wrong un-intentional not so much.
This is not a legality issue, it is a moral one. If they want to go fuck around with other guys they should break up with the one they are dating first; as you say they are legally able to do.
