We couldn't watch a movie as a party.. unless I missed something. I could have sworn I read that you could watch movies with guests.
Maybe they were referring to guests you have over at your house. :? lulul

Clearly stating that you can stream videos to your party. They lied about it, apparently.

I could make a page to display them all through, similar to the gamertag databse. :3

Now if only someone would get FTP access so I can edit the file. >_>

Need for Speed: Undercover has more than one song that I like.
This is a shocking revelation.

I discovered this when the second cinematic used Nine Inch Nails.

Random thought: Can you defrag your 360's HD
There are no such files. It simply requires that you have the disk in the drive, for copyright reasons. Can't have you going and putting that game on a bunch of 360s now can they? (Hence why you can't just go and have a LAN party with one disk, unless you pop the top off the drive to get the disk out without opening the drive, which they probably should have seen coming)

What structure does the file system use? There's always a way to defragment a file system, even if it would never require such a task (like EXT4)
There are some files that don't get transferred and require the CD to be in the tray.

The disc is not accessed for content of the game. The games content is copied, in its entirety, to the console. The dashboard, the software on the console itself, has methods with which it verifies the disc in the tray. The disc is not used for content, the console merely checks that the disc exists. It does not do this through content files on the disc, per se. It checks the title information on the disc, not the content in the game. Without the dashboard check, the game would run just as it would with it. No content is missing in the hard drive copy, and that is what he was saying. The game does not require the disc, as you say; the dashboard requires the disc simply to check for presence.

If you'd like to dispute this, feel free to provide the specific file names which the console does not copy. However, as far as I have seen and understood, there is not a single file that the game requires that isn't copied. The executables and all content gets copied, and that is what the game needs to run.

I'm wondering if it will ever be circumvented. I'm sure they would have put in extra security measures because something like that wouldn't give much confidence to people thinking of making sweet games for the xbox.

Weird, because I liked the movie. Maybe if I were to read the book, I would like it more than the movie. Maybe you should have watched the movie then read the book.

I know it's said to death about every movie based on a book, but there's so much more in the book than the movie. In this instance, the book is far better than the movie because they tried to cram what would have been a 6 hour movie into a 2 hour movie.

I did that, and liked the book better. Solid agreement with GIR.
Speaking of which, I should read that series again. That would surely provide me some happies.

There's subtle humor all throughout the book that makes me constantly grin. I too need to read that series again. Leather bound unabridged edition FTW.

Happiness post: I was able to watch the original BBC TV episodes of HGTTG.

Also The Long Dark Tea-Time of the Soul rocks, I am reading it again, and people are starting to look at my funny as I walk down the halls at school laughing about a joke only I can hear.
