It's a horrible emblem that goes against everything emblems should be. It's for having a second account. It's basically there to brand you as having multiple accounts, to call you out and berate you with a stupid freaking Pokemon icon. It needs to be removed and the person who made it needs to reconsider their decision making.

It is not given to the original account, and it is given only when a user changes their posting alias entirely. He switched from another username to this one, that is why he has it on this one.

He's the only moderately active-to-active person in quite a while to publicly change their posting account. I'm not sure if you guys are questioning the meaning, because there's not much room to do so. That is what it is, it's not speculation, it's definition.

It's not automatic, MMM, and with myself having been here for a long time, and knowing most of the members on the site, I cannot say I know any of your other accounts. As such, the person awarding it, who has to do everything manually, by looking for themselves, is not going to know it either unless you tell them. And assuming you were to tell them, and assuming a previous account was considered active enough for anyone to realize you changed aliases, then you should still not be "awarded" (And I use that in that way because really, it's not an award) the emblem, because then you'd be asking for emblems, which should not lead to you getting them. Then again, I'm not putting this past someone who made a damn Pokemon emblem to begin with. I'm sure at this point I could just ask for ONI and get it, because apparently the person doesn't give a damn about the intentions or integrity of the emblem system as it was designed.

Point is: I'm right. That is what it's for. I wasn't suggesting it as a possibility, I was giving him a factual answer to his question. Now, let's shut up about it so the person giving them out isn't inclined to give more of that retarded emblem out. We're basically encouraging them to keep making bad decisions by discussing it and presenting more members who may be qualified to receive it.
