Love mine though. You can buy a Refurb for around fifty bucks. Same old Same old. Syncs with basically every windows Device, PC/360/FLM Sync (Wirelessly, I might add) and a solid platform. I played Need For Speed Most Wanted off of it in school on one of the Teacher's computers. Not to mention, if you don't mind doing a little shopping, you can buy a new HD for it from Toshiba and or Hitachi. Expand all the way up from 30 to about 80-120 GB.

Yeah, well, those HDs can be a bit pricey... Starting to look at about the same price range as the iPod now.

thats why you pop them off of eBay for 20-50 bucks.

Even on my 30, I got:

2800 Tracks (About 10-11 over an hour or so long)
27 pictures(Various Wallpapers)
30 Movies (Two Stock, the rest full length Movies)
