Giving Iran, Iraq, Japan, China or even Canada nuc's is like this:
Hi little boy, this is a highly deadly big pretty red button that says in big bold letters "Push Me For Free Candy For Life!". I want you to hold onto it for a while. But don't push it, ok?
*Edit*... We could probably give that button to the Canadian Prime Minister and he wouldn't care.

IE, I haven't heard of a US citizen suicide bombing a Iraqi embassy.

Thanks for all of your input.
My views are alike as many others' in this respect. I think that Iran should fully be allowed to have nuclear energy. I would even go as far as to saying that we as the United States should lend some expertise in research, to allow them to have a stable energy source. That would lead them to see that the US isn't the Great Satan, as their protesters commonly state.
However, nuclear weapons should be emphasized against. On the same sentence, the US, Russia, France, the UK, and any other nuclear country should take two steps:
a) Drastically limit their nuclear weapon stockpiles at a faster rate than is currently employed
b) Initiate a better ICBM defense system, as per SDI or "Star Wars." This is key, in showing that countries like NK or Iran have no incentive to build nuclear weapons and attack the symbols of capitalism, as we will have a defense powerful enough to deter anything.

Bush has done absolutely nothing in his presidency to help the United States. Or the world. Or anybody else. Sending soldiers to the Middle East has not helped the issue of Iran's nuclear energy. It's making them more angry. A third grader could see that. Then again, maybe that's too advanced for our president.
My opinion. Don't flame it.

Haha, that happened once and was a silly retaliation against the Lebanese after they decide to be anti-Australian in one of the most pro-Australian areas.Evolved wrote:I don't know, I've seen some Australian Racist Gang ***... pretty crazy stuff. Or... buy your own remote island.
Other than that, we are quite a quiet nation. (And we rule...)

True, I suppose we could've let the other countries tear themselves apart while we build defenses and remove freedoms to make it even harder to travel. I'm not being sarcastic either, I kind of think we should've. But it's not really the American way. Any Republican, and maybe a Democrat would've done the same thing. Actually, I would've probably built on defenses, but we'd still be screwed, because the terrorist attack our econemy as well. We would've eventually gone to war. We should've just killed them all in Desert Storm...
