Juggernaut's powers are magical, they come from his helmet. if you watched the cartoon (the real one) or read uncanny xmen you would know this. thats why they always had to get his helmet off to beat him. and that nerd guy got juggernauts powers at one time in the cartoon. and yes, they didnt say anything about Juggernaut and Xavier being realated or even knowing eachother. but they didnt even see eachother in the movie that i know of. juggernaut was tehre when xavier died, but he didnt go near him.
