Team for mod

As the title and subject say... I'm trying to gather a team for my mod, because I can't do this all myself lol I WAS doing skins myself until the pen for my tablet broke... damn >_< well, anyways.. lemme list everything I need to do, and what is, if anything, already done.
-Heretics versus Covenant Elites (NOT AN AI WAR!)
-Moved Heretic Leader biped to map and change MC (done)
-Change sky to sentinel hq bsp2 sky (done)
-ADD WEATHER (~not done~) Light snow from flood_zone.map (Quarantine Zone)
-Change fire effects, overheat, and projectile colors to black (done with errors) errors: the projectile's not visible until it collides with an object
-Move Creep (Shadow) to map and swap Warthog for the Shadow (DONE, no sounds for engine) Shadow 100% functional, animation and position for passenger seats are kind of strange
-Remove teleporters (not done) is this possible?? I wanna place a Gravity Throne in place of them
-Move Gravity Throne to map, test (done) works properly, can't get the speed to change, nor can I remove the charge from the weapon; I changed it to automatic and it doesn't fire. Says "Hold X to drive Warthog" because I used that X action... I need someone to make it Hold X to operate Gravity Throne lol
-Move Phantom to map and swap Scorpion for Phantom (not done at all) I need the Phantom to be 100% operable, and to SIT STILL on the ground when it spawns, and when you land it and get out.
-Make map darker (done) lightmap lightness is -50
-Move Flak Cannon to map and swap the turret on each base for the Flak Cannon (not done) also, I want the original Flak Cannon fire, explosion, and posing sounds! I can't figure out why they're glitchy
-Swap ALL HUMAN WEAPONS on the map for Covenant weapons (all of them aren't swapped) I don't want too many of the same weapon on the map... lol
-Remove level and vehicle barriers (not done)

-Ghost (done)
-Shadow (not done)
-Spectre (not done)
-Wraith (not done)
-Covenant Carbine (done)
-Beam Rifle (not done)
-Plasma Pistol and Plasma Rifle (both done)

-Phantom (not done, of course)
That's it for now, PM me or post here what you can help with. If anyone is willing to do the skins for me, PM me and tell me what you can skin, and I'll tell you how I want it to be... considering I can no longer skin efficiently without my pen T.T
