Looking for PC ai Modder

Hello, I'm looking for someone who can mod ai really well with the PC. For those of you who don't know, I'm using a mac. So I can't do as many things with ai as PC's can.
I was going to try this with:
Timberland
Prisoner
Rat Race
& Battle Creek
What I need to be done is to have 2 teams of respawning ai, atleast 8 ai on each side. 5 different actv's on each side.(marine assalt rifle, sniper, ECT>>) It doesn't matter what actv's you use. The player can switch sides if they want to.(red,blue)
