CE Map Help

Lets start off with me saying that I've never made a CE map before. Actually, I've never made anything in CE before. I can do very, very basic modeling in 3ds. I have a basic version of the bases, I know exactly where I want everything, and what it should look like. I know I need help making models and skins. Nothing will be too advanced. I plan on using a lot of stuff from Bloodgulch. Help adding weather effects would be cool too. The map wont be very detailed, so I can't image it taking too long to make after the modeling is done. After the models, skins, and weather is done I can do the rest. I'll tell anyone that helps about the map in more detail and give credit.

hey,ummm i would like to help out with this...i have moderate skill in CE map building, and modeling weapons,and skinning,so umm yeah......can i be of any assistance

I'm trying to get ahold of youhoo7, but seeing as I haven't gotten any other help, I'll just say what exactly my map is.
Sandstorm
A map slightly larger than bloodgulch. It is out in the desert. Due to a sandstorm there is very low visibility. Between the bases there are mostly rocks and trees, but very few. Covenent weapons and nearly-destroyed covenant vehicles can be found spread across the map. The only memorable landmarks are a destroyed base and a small safehouse. The destroyed base would be at an angle and partially sunken into the sand, leaving only a small portion of it accessible. As for the safehouse, it would just be a small room with human weapons for restocking. Each base has 2 enterances/exits; one on either end of the base. You spawn next the first one, the front door. To get to the other exit, you pass by the flag/weapons room which is across from the teleporter (which only takes you a small distance from the base). Finally you get to the garage, which has 2 warthogs and 2 mongoose. In order to exit, you must take your vehicle through a tunnel from the garage. You pop out in the other cornor of the map closest to your base. There are only human weapons at the bases. There may or may not be a banshee at the safehouse.

I have two people helping with models. I don't need much help with skins. I DO need help with getting the damn weather to work. Can anyone help make a sandstorm effect?

mabe take the snow effect from a map and change the color of it to a sand color and increase the density of it to make it harder to see. this sounds like a cool map and when you get it done could u send me a copy of the map please
