Halo CE/3ds max help needed for project

Ok, I am just about ready to start this new Halo 1 for Xbox project after recently being asked to do it. But I can't do it alone due to lack of Halo CE knowlege and some things my computer isn't powerful enough to do.
Here are the positions I need, in order from most important to least important:
1. Not sure of the name of this, but someone who can take a basic gun or vehicle model and add the nodes/markers then convert them to .jms
2. Animator
3. model UV mapper
4. level designer + skinner
5. skinner
6. someone good with Guerilla and Sapien
Well I hope thats it. I'm trying to let out the least amount of information because I want this to stay a secret. But if you can fill one of these positions, I can tell you more about what it is I am trying to do.
P.S. I prefer AIM over PM's. But if I'm not online in AIM then drop me a PM at the files forums. I'm there more often than here.
