need help modelling a weapon for a mod

I need somebody to model the sniper rifle to look somewhat like that. (there's no hope for me to model, i suck)
I'm making a mod with a pulse rifle and i need it to be the sniper rifle.

but if anybody helps me out on this, i would be very thankful.
