I am starting an OLD SKOOL VIDEOGAME MOD, NEED HELPERS!!!

I want to make a mod for coag. that represents old skool video games. I want it to have modded weapons, skins, and possibly some new model injections, but i need help, BIG TIME!!!
If you have experience in any of the above, Please let me know if you wanna help, this would be a really cool project, and i have PLENTY of ideas!!!!
