ok this is what DECOY said in our forums

"Ok, So CabooseJr and his team in Project room 7 are around 75% done
on the skin set. I am asking those of you who have previous skinning
experience to step up and offer to assist with the completion of the
project.

I have a brand new page one of the HPC Website skin section set aside
for this project once its done.

Come on people!
we have a huge resource of talent on this site, and this is a great
opportunity to help complete a skinning project for the web archive.

Contact CabooseJr in project room 7 to see whats left to be done.

we need skinners to skin a magnum, ghost, banshee, cogulation skin for blood gulch, and finally a plasma pistol.

DO NOT FLAME or i will get DECOY in here and kick all your butts.
