I would like to try and find one or more personal teacher that could help me with learning to use 3dsmax7, I've tried the tutorials but im that retarded and can't get the hang of it

Im a person that needs a personal teacher that can be there when im doing this stuff, So If anyone can help me pls, or make more specific and step by step tutorials (Video) TY in advanced
