Who ever does the job will get full credit on the webpage skinning and a spot of credit in some up-comming mods.

i could make a website but i would need a good web builder unless you have a free one you could d/l i can't help

The web page has to have something to do with Team DeFiance and halo 2.
Also the pages must include the Home, Forum(already created), The Team, Mod Projects, Screenshots, Downloads, and Links.
All i need is the general layout and i can do the rest.
