I need some help. Please read

I'm new to the site but not to modding. And I'm currently in collage right now. And in my game design class, my teacher told us we can bring in some stuff we've done. Well I've been looking around and can't find some stuff i need and was hoping if anyone could give me some other programs that i would want to use. One program I can't get a hold of is Super PPF. To patch some patches my friend made a while back. So if anyone could help bye giving me links and such, that would be greatly appreciated. And if a make anything good I'll post it on here and will give you credit. thanks

I believe that HaloMods no longer hosts Super PPF, not sure why, though.

You may have to google it.

We host PPF-O-Matic, although I'm not sure it suits your purpose.

Well thanks for the help. I pretty much have everything i need for now. be looking forward to seeing some of my and my friends mods posted on here
