brakets & other symbols in name?(not online)

can someone tell me how to put brakets and symbols in my name.particularly i want my name to be {BH}§H@D0W or something like that.i know its possible because ive seen someone with symbols in their name while playing system link(i modded my xbox so i cant play xbl anymore on it T.T)can someone tell me how to do this?

Sav3r, and yes, its a program, it was made by Jefff, look for that on Utilities Section (i'm not sure if there are, because the cheating use) or it is included in the UMP v5 or somewhat, look for that, or just put on Google "Sav3r".
