Does anybody know where I can get the RGB values for the Banshee color change image?

There are specularity values in the shader that control what color the cubemap and stuff is. Not sure if I can post the plugin I have.

I was referring to the the color change bitmap. Specularity values do not help me. What are the 2 rgb values I need for the banshee?
