HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

When I try to load a map, it says it it waiting for everybody to load the map forever. It never loads.

I tried:

-Replacing my mainmenu, shared, and spshared with fresh copies.

-Tested trying to load an unmodded map (it doesn't load either!)

-Deleting the autoupdate

-Deleting my map pack

-Patching my xbe

-Reinstalling my softmod


It worked yesterday! When I got home from school today, it was like this. My brother has a 360, so he never messes with my original xbox. T_T

I seemed to have lost all hope.


Help me if you can.

Did you try to clear your cache?

yes, i tried that too

What about loading off of the disk?

i tried that too. ugh! what could it be?

It DOES load, actually, but takes like 15 minutes. Any ideas why? =/

Taking that long loading off of the disk is usually because the xbox is re-caching those 3 needed maps.

Nevermind. It only loaded once, now it doesn't load at all. I waited 3 hours last night.......nothing. T_T

do you have that debug thing installed? Because I had a huge problem with maps not loaded when I had that installed to my default dashboard. Luckily I was able to relocate other dashboards using a modchip and load from them and that fixed it.

actually, last night preston556 helped me. he gave me a coagulation map, i tried to load it, it said "you failed to load the map" and then i tried to load another map and it worked.
