Hey i want to start work on a zanzibar mod but im having trouble finding tutorials can some one help

Things im looking to do

Rename (do i just rename the .map)

New Skybox ( i have an idea how i want it to loomk but no idea on how to make and add it)

ODST replace elite

New Weather (Rain

AirStike on Beach (i dunno if this is possible just a idea )

New Weapon Spawns (what program do i change spawn points with)

New Vehcials Spawns (same as above)

Reskin (nothing major just a new ground texture)(im quite good with photoshop)

Halo Magnum Replace Brute PR

Halo Assault Rifle replace Carbine

tutorials or advice would be great

im willing to spend as much time as it takes to learn and complete this

ODST replace elite Use Insolence to transfer, then swap the [bipd] in the [Matg]

Look in the tutorial section to find nearly all the answers you'll ever need.

iv looked in the tutorial section but im having difficulty locating the right tutorials
