Stunning baton?

I've thought of an idea! 
like in half-life 1 or 2 (all episodes etc...)
I've always liked the stun baton the combine police use to hit civilians with
Remoddeling the energy sword and adding stun to the [jpt] effect may do this
But how can I edit the dash [jpt] effect without affecting the other weapons that use this?
Or do I edit a different tag?
