Are there any tuts that explain how do get into real time halo?
And where can i find the debug bios to run it?

The debug bios uses code that is illegal to distribute so nobody can help you find that.

To get it up and running/started, have you checked the tutorial section to begin with? I'm not positive there is a tutorial in there but if there isn't, one can be made...
