during the course of my mod I had been forgetting to fix sys link I thought you could do everything and the just click the button so thats what I did (froze on loading) Denial: Anger: Bargaining: Depression: Acceptance:
So I'll start again just to make sure I have it this time If I add all the
bipd bloc ctrl jpt! mach scen ssce vehi eqip garb proj weap
and clicking fix syslink after adding anything before H2C decompiles I can work on them after the conversion without having to worry about SLC ever again as long as I don't add any more

I ran into the same prob, but didnt know why.
Thanks for sheding some light on this

this was more a question than a statement
but I wish there was a simple tut giving a recomended order of doing things for modding bsp converions ie
build in any external objects
fix sys link
add all chunks needed to scnr
add new weapons/projectiles/jpts etc
fix sys link
decompile
H2G
recompile
fix spawns
edit weapons/projs etc
anything else
skin
I don't know if that would be the correct order to go
