uberscreenshottool not working

my uber screenshot tool
this is what happens:
downloaded it extracted it to a folder
and!!! i double click on uberscreenshot tool.exe
ERROR
this is what pops up!

DONT FORGET I HAVE A WINDOWS 98 COMUTER IF THAT IS THE PROBLEM THEN I NEED A PROGRAM SIMILAR TO THAT THAT MY COMPUTER WILL LOAD PLEASE POST A LINK TO IT IF THERE IS ANYWAY YOU CAN HELP!!!

Sorry you're having problems, but please do not start any more threads about it. You've made three topics about this in the last 24 hours. Take it easy. If anyone knows how to help, you will be helped in due time.

It's been awhile, but I know it took me a few tries to get it working. Keep reading and trying different things while you wait for some help here.

i downloaded it agan and still it is giving me the error!

First of all, verify that the raw dumps for your screenshots are going into the $S folder on your Xbox hard drive. I believe it's in E:/TDATA/4d530064/somewhere. You should see one file there for every screenshot you've taken.

Once you are certain there are screenshots in there, try this program. Make sure you have .NET framework 2.0 installed. It was designed for Vista machines that can't run Uber Screenshot Tool. I don't know if it will work for Windows 98. If that doesn't work, try to find some other program that will "deswizzle" your "raw" for you. Use those quoted terms in your search.
